First time doing this yesterday and I LOVED it! The exercises worked out the whole body with a perfect mix of weights and cardio, the music was pumping and I can't wait to do it again.

First time online today and it was absolutely awesome. Great concept and the twist of adding weights to a cardio routine pushes your fitness to the max. However, dial down the weights or take one of the low impact moves. There's choices for all. Give it ago.
