There are many health benefits to exercising including reducing blood pressure, prevention of diseases, reducing stress, weight loss, improve fitness naming just a few.
IS THIS A DIET PLAN?
No!!! We are concentrating on fitness and it's overall benefits to achieve a balanced lifestyle. Like most people we try new diet crazes and quite often people have to find the diet that works for them personally! What works for us is eating a healthy balanced diet, we will be sharing some great ideas and healthy recipes that you can try along your way.
HOW WILL THE FITNESS FIX BENEFIT ME?
Doing as little as 10 minutes of exercise daily increases fitness levels, elevates your mood, improves sleep, reduces tension, boost your metabolism, makes you stronger and is vital for maintaining mental fitness.
Now that is worth 10 minutes a day!
I'M A BEGINNER, CAN I DO THIS? I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN 20 YEARS.
The answer is yes of course you can. Julie and Liz will help you through the workouts offering options along the way. The workouts are challenging yet achievable and most importantly fun!
